Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to choose shipping carriers when necessary in order to preserve discount levels, meet delivery expectations or in other reasonable circumstances. Our order processing time is up to one business day after a payment is received and cleared. We ship on Monday through Friday (shipping days). If a payment is received and cleared before 10:00AM (PDT), we will ship the order on the same day. There is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. For payments received and cleared on these days, we will ship orders on the next available shipping days.
Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Order delivery time may vary and could range from 3-5 business days up to 3 weeks of shipment. Your shipping status can be viewed on the tracking. Please contact us if your order is not received by the expected delivery date. And we will contact the shipping carrier and request for a shipping investigation.
Currently we ship to the Contiguous U.S. only. No international shipping is available at this time.
