Free Returns

At Bigfoot RC, our goal is simple: We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our products. You may return merchandise purchased from us for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that it has not been damaged or altered. Returning your merchandise is free and easy to do – we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for FREE returns (U.S. only).

Please e-mail us and specify the merchandise being returned and the reason for the return. Returns made without receiving an Return Authorization (RA) number will not be refunded. All RA numbers must appear on the shipping label.

When sending the merchandise back, repack it carefully, and make sure that it is returned in the same condition in which it was received. Everything (including the original package) that came with the merchandise should be included. If the merchandise has been opened, DO NOT reseal it. We will inspect the merchandise and issue you a refund once the inspection is completed.
